Prematel is a platform of volunteers listening, supporting and providing assistance and information to parents of newborn children requiring intensive care. Our volunteers answer calls from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of the year. Our volunteers are trained in active listening and will take the time to listen to you and redirect you to the appropriate resources. Prematel is an initiative of Noah's Ark Belgium.
